About Lynn


Lynn Pollard is President of Pollard Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, team building, and communications with over 18 years experience.

The former Director of the Rocky Mountain Program for Executives, Lynn works in both public and private sectors, providing facilitation, coaching and consulting to her clients. All her work is custom-designed to meet an organization's needs, whether facilitating business issues, coaching managers, designing training, or conducting team-building, strategic planning sessions, or leadership development programs.

Lynn works with organizations, teams and/or individuals in determining direction, courses of action and interventions to produce the desired result. She assists in building strategies by focusing on the core strengths of the client and leveraging those strengths for success.

Her goal in all aspects of her work is to assist individuals, teams and organizations in improving productivity and quality of service. Her style is engaging, humorous and challenging. Producing results is her bottom line.
