About Lynn
Lynn Pollard is President of Pollard Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, appreciative inquiry and team building.
With 20+ years of experience in the public and private sectors, Lynn consistently creates safe environments for her clients to "get to the heart of the matter." She focuses on each client's strengths while exploring issues that have held them back from powerful, sustainable change. All of Lynn's work is custom designed to meet each organization's unique needs.
Lynn is a Certified Coach, Certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and business consultant who can help focus on the core strengths of leaders and teams alike, and leverage strengths into exciting, productive success.
Lynn's education includes doctoral work in Organizational Development and Adult Education, and a Masters degree in Social Work with a focus on Conflict Communication and Family Systems from Syracuse University. She is certified by the Equity Institute in Diversity Assessment and Intervention. She is also certified in Masterful Facilitation. She worked as an Adjunct Professor in Business Communications at Community College of Denver.
Her goal, in all aspects of her work, is to assist individuals, teams and organizations in improving productivity and quality of service. Her style is engaging, humorous and challenging. Producing results is her bottom line.
